On Dictatorship Concerning Governance by Law

建国以来,我们先后用五种方式对敌对分子专政,今天必须把专政纳入法治的轨道,建立法治型专政,谁来专政,专谁的政,专政程序,专政结论,专政执行,都由法律判断。专政的首要价值,在于促进社会和谐发展。

Since the founding of new China ,we have used five ways to conduct dictatorship on dissidents and today we must practice governance by law in terms of dictatorship and stress the establishment of the rule of law type dictatorship .The author of this paper explores problems concerning the subjects and objects of dictatorship , dictatorship conclusion , implementation procedures and dictatorship by legal judgment .The author holds that the primary value of dictatorship is to promote the harmonious development of society .
