Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Industrialization Supported by Financial Industry

农业产业化是继家庭联产承包责任制后,我国在农业领域的又一重大改革,湖南省是农业大省,发展农业产业化是其必经之路。当前农业产业化由于自身弱质性,农村金融机构服务体系缺陷,农业资金外流,评估及担保缺乏等问题导致融资不足。针对各相关问题提出几种解决方式:完善农业金融服务体系,加大信贷投入;积极拓宽融资渠道,减少资金外流;完善评估及担保机制,提高信用环境等。

Agricultural industrialization is a great reform in the field of agriculture following the household contract responsibility system of our country .As Hunan province is a larger agricultural province ,agricultural industrialization is the only way of development .Due to their own weakness , defect of the rural financial service system , agricultural capital outflows and the lack of evaluation as a result of lack of financing , it is difficult to achieve the industrialization of agriculture . According to the relevant problems , the author of this paper puts forward some suggestions on solving methods such as rural financial service system , strengthening credit investment ; actively expanding financing channels , reducing the outflow of funds ,perfecting the evaluation and guarantee mechanism and improving credit environment .
