摘要
近些年因酒店绩效管理不善引起的员工离职现象严重,直接后果便是酒店的发展受到制约,绩效管理虽为酒店人事的核心工作,对其考评方法却十分有限,将可拓预警模型运用到酒店绩效管理工作的考评中,通过建立可拓预警指标体系、可拓预测子模型以及可拓预警子模型对绩效管理工作进行量化处理评价,综合得出酒店绩效管理工作所处的预警等级。
With the rapid development of hotel industry in recent years ,factors that hinder the development of the hotel gradually attract our attention .Performance management is the core work of the hotel human resource management , but the current evaluation methods are very limited .By putting early warning model into the evaluation of hotel performance management work and through the calculation of the weight of each evaluation index and the correlation value of matter - element and the warning level , the warning level of hotel performance management can be evaluated and hotel managers can in turn take actions accordingly .
