关键绩效指标法在物流管理中的应用效果分析——以广西某物流公司为分析对象

摘要 关键绩效考核法(KPI)是企业管理中运用多年的、认可度颇高的管理工具。它通过对组织内部流程的输入端、输出端的关键参数进行数据分析,把企业的战略目标分解为可操作的工作目标,是一种目标式量化管理指标。本文以广西某物流公司为例,论述了该公司如何建立关键绩效考核指标体系,如何运用关键绩效考核法解决物流管理过程中与合作公司责任不清、承运商考核困难、物流效率低下等问题,是关键绩效考核法应用于物流管理的成功典范。 Key Performance Indicator ( KPI) is a management tool getting a higher acceptability in busi-ness administration area for many years. By analyzing the key parameters from input and output of the in-ternal organization, it decomposes the strategic target of the enterprise into several operational objectives. It is a measurable and quantitative management indicator. This paper takes a logistics company in Guangxi as an example, discusses how the company establishes its KPI system, analyses with this KPI system how the company resolves problems in logistics management such as unclear responsibilities between supplier and it-self, difficulties to assess carrier, low logistics efficiency, and so on, which is a success story for the applica-tion of KPI in logistics management.
