国家奖学金自设立以来,经过了几次调整与完善,本文就发展与变革进行探讨,以及高校在评审国家奖学金时存在的问题及困难进行分析,并就存在问题提出应对之策。

The national scholarship has been adjusted and improved several times since its establishment. This paper discusses the development and reform of national scholarship, and then analyzes the problems and difficulties in the evaluation, and proposes some countermeasures.
