摘要
随着开创了中国奇迹的第一代创业者逐渐老去,佛山家族企业即将迎来传承的浪潮,代际传承成为企业传承的主要方式,同时也面临着一系列问题。佛山家族企业要降低传承风险,必须要及早开始着手家族传承的机制设计,从心理建设、业务水平、管理能力及团队建设等方面对传承人进行培养,企业创始人也要调整心态,在合适的时机把企业移交给传承人,确保企业的可持续发展,使家族企业的基业常青。
When the pioneers of Chinese family business in Foshan, who created the economic miracle in the 20th century, are getting their 50s, 60s or 70s, most of their enterprises are facing the challenge of succession. Next-generation succession becomes the main way of family business succession;meanwhile, a lot of related problems have to be solved. In order to decrease the risk of family business succession, succession planning should be made in advance, the successors should be fostered in many aspects, such as management, professionalism and team-building. The pioneers of the enterprises should make good adjustment mentally, and transfer the enterprises to the successors in proper circumstances.
