与企业文化融合,使高职《毛概》理论课接地气

Integrating with Corporate Culture to Implement Mao Ze Dong Thought Theory Course Practically in Profession Education

在校企办学,"工学结合"模式下的高职院校,《毛概》理论课的教学有其难点,但也有其便利。本文结合笔者的教学实践,从三个方面论述了高职院校结合企业文化,使《毛概》理论课与学生"零距离"的具体做法:一是要在《毛概》理论课上解读企业文化,将理论落实于实践;二是发挥《毛概》理论课的辐射功能,适应企业文化建设的要求;三是要善于运用《毛概》理论课的基本观点指导企业文化建设。

In the school-enterprise education, combining learning and profession model colleges, It is difficult to Mao Zedong thought theory class, but it is also convenience. The author based on teaching practice to explain profession colleges combined corporate culture by three aspects as following, so that the Mao Ze Dong Thought Theory Course will be zero distance with students：First, we must interpret the corporate culture in the Mao Ze Dong Thought theory, implement the theory in practice. The second is to play a radiation function Mao Ze Dong Thought theory courses, to meet the requirements of enterprise culture construction. Third, We should be adept to apply the basic point Mao Ze Dong Thought Theory Course to guide enterprises construction.
