摘要
随着高等职业技术教育的不断发展,其弊端也逐步显现,由于现行高职教学模式与人才培养目标不相适应,导致大量毕业生因工作能力不强而得不到企业的认可,由此笔者按照教育部对于高职教育发展要求,通过"1+0.5+1+0.5+3"工学结合教学模式改革实践,将理论学习与实践合理分配,实现多阶段、分段式教学组织形式,较大幅度地提升了学生的工作能力和职业道德水平,初步实现了毕业学生工作能力与企业需求的无缝链接,学生及学校均得到了用人单位的较高评价。
With the continuous development of higher occupationtechnique education, its malpractice also gradually, due to the current mode of higher vocational education and training is not adapted to the target, resulting in a large number of graduates for work ability is not strong but not the enterprises recognition, thus the author according to the Ministry of education for Higher Vocational educationdevelopment request, through the "1+0.5+1+0.5+3"combination of teaching mode the practice of reform, thestudy of theory and practice of rational distribution, multistage, sectional teaching organization form, greatly enhance the students ability to work and occupation moral level, realized the seamless link of work ability graduate students and the needs of enterprises, schools and students are with higher evaluation unit.
