摘要
目前,高职院校家庭经济困难学生人数较多,而且资助体系中资助的范围和数量有限,学生中又普遍存在"等"、"靠"、"要"的现象,因此本文从校企合作的角度,探索高职院校资助育人新模式。但是开展校企合作资助育人模式仍存在国家政策缺失、企业参与乏力、学校理念陈旧、学生参与度不够等诸多问题。如何更好的解决这一问题,充分发挥校企合作育人的功能,需要建立政府、企业、学校、学生"四方联动"机制,从而达到校企合作资助育人的目的。
At present, there are a lot of needy students in higher vocational colleges, and the aid range and the number of student aided are limited, and phenomenon of“waiting”,“relying on”,“needing”commonly exist, therefore, this paper explores the new mode of aid-education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation. But such problems exist in the school-enterprise cooperation aid education mode as the lack of national policy, the fatigue enterprise participation, the outdated school philosophy, the inadequate student participation, etc. To solve this problem and give full play to the education function of school-enterprise cooperation, the linkage mechanism of government, enterprise, school, students should be built, so as to achieve the purpose of aid education of school-enterprise cooperation.
