摘要
《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》(以下称《标准》)明确了辅导员的职业功能和职业能力等级,对当前的辅导员管理模式提出了新挑战。从宏观思维、课题活动、领导配备、团队文化入手,构建纵横交错的辅导员矩阵管理模式,旨在破解高职院校辅导员管理难题,推进《标准》的有效实施。
The Professional Ability Standard for Higher-school Counselors (Provisional)(hereinafter referred to as the“Standard”)has the function and professional ability levels of the counselors’clarified, which arouses a new challenge to the current counselor management mode. This paper is attempted to construct a matrix counselor management model by the perspectives of macroscopic thinking, subject activities, leadership allocation as well as team culture, which is proposed to handle the current problems in higher vocational counselor management, so as to promote the effective implementation of the“Standard”.
