Building the Negotiation-talk Students' Cadres Based on“Function Anomie”Characteristic

学生干部队伍是高校学生教育管理服务工作的桥梁和纽带。由于学生干部与学生工作对象的"无间距"特性决定了学生干部队伍在学生教育管理服务体系中的重要作用。学生干部队伍的肌体活力来源于双向信息循环,单向度的信息运转模式会导致其"功能失范",对于高校学生工作的整体效能起到诋毁作用。协商对话型学生干部队伍的主旨是建立双向对话环体,激活对象本体的活力,对于优化学生干部队伍建设和体现"以学生为中心"的培养思维具有探索性意义。

Student cadres is the bridge and link of the college student education management and service work. Because of“no distance”feature between student cadres and students, the student cadres plays an important role in student education management and service system. Student cadres’energy comes from two-way information circulation. One-way information mode will lead to the“function anomie”operation mode, which does harm to the overall efficiency of university students’ work. The theme of negotiation-talk student cadres is setting up a two-way dialogue and activating students’vigor, which is significant for us to explore the optimization of the student cadres construction and the reflection of student-centered thought.
