驻地高校在“村改居”社区文化建设中的作用——以北京工业大学耿丹学院为例

The Role of Local University in the Construction of the Community Culture——Take Gengdan Institute of Beijing University of Technology as an Example

"村改居"社区的建设与发展离不开社区文化的粘合与促进,而地处城市郊区的"村改居"社区文化建设面临诸多问题。作为文化资源丰富的驻地高校最有可能成为帮扶新社区文化构建的重要力量。本文以北京工业大学耿丹学院为例阐述了驻地高校参与"村改居"社区文建设在提高资源使用效率、改善公民意识、促进社区自我完善等方面的作用。这对于地处城市郊区的"村改居"社区改变一味依靠政府,转变思路,借助其它力量实现自我发展具有重要启示。

The community of urban residents changed from rural residents cannot do without the community culture, which adhere and promote the construction and development of community. The community of urban residents changed from rural residents located in the outskirts face many problems. Local university have rich cultural resources. They are most likely to become an important force in helping new community cultural construction. This paper takes Gengdan Institute of Beijing University of Technology as an example to illustrate the role of local universities which participate in community culture construction in the community of urban residents changed from rural residents,which are to improve the efficiency of resource use, perfect the citizen consciousness, promote the community self perfection and so on. It has important enlightment for the community of urban residents changed from rural residents located in the outskirts to change the thought of relying on the government, to change the thought, and to achieve self-development with the help of other forces.
