University and the Frontier Culture

大学与边疆既是不同文化接触、交流及其贮存的区域,又是带有混合力量的新生文化产生和发展的地带。而以多元文化的视角观察,就会发现大学与边疆都是基于不同人群(族群)汇聚之后的一种文化自由混合地带,是一个包容混合各种文化的过程,而调和与中道则是大学与边疆文化自由生态发展的普遍原则。

Universities and the frontier are the places for the different cultural contact,exchange and storage on one hand,and the zones for the formation and development of the newborn culture with mixed power on the other. However,both universities and the frontier are the free mixed cultural zones for the gathering of various（ ethnic） groups,which are the process to contain and mix all kinds of culture,with the universal principle of the mediation and moderation for the free and ecological cultural development.
