摘要
旅游景区市场化经营中的直接利益相关者有地方政府、景区经营者、景区内自然资源的所有者和经营者、景区内居民、旅游者等。在利益相关者之间合理分配旅游景区经营利益,满足各利益相关者的利益诉求,避免矛盾冲突,是保持景区持续发展、实现景区资源有效利用和生态保护双重目标的关键。
In marketized operations, direct stakeholders include local government, operator of scenic area ,owners and operators of the natural resources in scenic areas, residents in scenic area, tourists and other. To fairly distribute the interests of scenic area be-tween stakeholders, to meet the appeal of stakeholders and to avoid conflict is a key to keep sustainable development, realize the double target of resources utilization and ecological protection in scenic areas.
