仿生膜性能的应用研究

摘要 改性纳米TiO2,并对改性后的纳米TiO2进行表征,然后,将其添加到壳聚糖保鲜膜溶液中,研究保鲜膜性能变化及抑菌情况。结果表明:改性后的纳米TiO2的晶型和结构发生一定变化,添加到保鲜膜中后,优化复合膜比空白膜的透CO2系数降低了24%,透水率降低了65.5%,抗拉强度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率分别提高了13.99%、57.89%和50%,紫外光区透光率得到改善,抑菌作用被增强,纳米TiO2复合保鲜膜对果蔬的保鲜时间被延长。 Nano TiO2 was modified, characterized, and then added it to the chitosan film in the solu- tion; the performance change and antibacterial function of the film were studied in preservation of fruit and vegetable. The results show that that the crystal shape and structure of the modified nanometer TiO2 changed. Added to the film, Comparing the optimization composite film with blank film CO2 coefficient was reduced by 24% ; permeable rate rate was reduced by 65.5% ; the tensile strength increased by 13.99% ; the elongation at break increased by 50% and tear strength increased by 57.89% ; light transmittance was improved in ultraviolet region; bacteriostasis was enhanced;the fruits and vegetables preservation time with the composite film extended.
