Comparative analysis on testing results of ultrasonic and magnetic flux leakage

阐述了超声波和漏磁检测技术的检测原理和使用这两种技术的优点和缺点。基于对成品油管道进行超声波和漏磁检测,得到了管壁金属损失点的尺寸和分布情况。为更好地对比分析两种检测方法,提出了对两种检测方法所得数据进行对比分析的方法,以确定在超声波检测出的缺陷在漏磁检测中是否也被检出。结果表明:此对比分析方法是可行的,为判断两种检测技术的优缺点和今后对金属损失点进行修补提供了数据上的支持。

The testing principles,advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic and magnetic flux leakage testing technologies were expounded.Based on the ultrasonic and magnetic flux leakage testing of product oil pipeline,the size and distribution of metal loss points on pipeline wall were obtained.In order to compare the testing methods,the comparative analysis method on the testing data by two methods was proposed,so as to determine whether the defects from ultrasonic detection can be checked out in the magnetic flux leakage testing.The results showed that the comparative analysis method is feasible.It can provide data support for judging the advantages and disadvantages of the testing methods,and for the repair of metal loss points in the future.
