二氧化碳压裂液研究及应用现状

二氧化碳压裂液包含二氧化碳泡沫压裂液和二氧化碳干法压裂液。对于广大低渗、低压、强水敏和水锁性油气藏,二氧化碳压裂液具有伤害小、破胶彻底、返排迅速等优点,展现出良好的应用前景。但与国外相比,国内相关研究起步较晚,并且由于二氧化碳泡沫压裂液具有酸性交联和两相流的特殊性,液态二氧化碳存在粘度太低的缺陷,造成目前国内二氧化碳压裂液体系还不够成熟。因此,认真总结国内外二氧化碳压裂液的研究及应用现状,对于指导今后二氧化碳压裂液的研究方向具有重要意义。

CO2fracturing fluid contains CO2 foam fracturing fluid and CO2/sand dry fracturing fluid. For the vast number of low permeability,low pressure, strong water sensitivity and water lock reservoirs.CO2 fracturing fluid has the advantages of small damage,gel breaking thoroughly and rapid flowback, showing a good application prospect.But compared with foreign countries, related research domestic started relatively late.Also,because the CO2 foam fracturing fluid has the particularity of crosslinking in the acidic condition and being two-phase flow,liquid CO2 has the defect of the low viscosity,the current CO2 fracturing fluid system domestic has not mature enough. Therefore,make a summarize of the research and application status domestic and abroad of CO2 fracturing fluid is of great significance to guide research directions of CO2 fracturing fluid in the future.
