摘要
ZSM-5分子筛具有二维十元环孔道,独特的孔结构赋予ZSM-5分子筛优异的择形催化性能,因此被广泛应用于石油化工、煤化工和精细化工等领域。近年来,ZSM-5分子筛以膜的形式生长或排布于载体表面在膜反应器和膜分离器中逐渐显现出潜在的应用前景,受到国内外研究者的关注。本论文着重介绍近年来国内外制备ZSM-5分子筛膜的最新研究成果,以水热合成法和二次生长法为主,重点总结ZSM-5分子筛膜的制备方法,分析各种工艺的特点与不足。
ZSM-5 zeolite has two-dimensional interconnected pore channels, and the zeolite displays an outstanding shape-selectivity catalytic performance due to its unique pore structure. Therefore, ZSM-5 zeolite has been widely used in the field of petrochemical industry,coal chemical industry and fine chemical industry.Recently,ZSM-5 zeolites grown or aligned in the form of membranes or films over the surface of different substrates have gradually had potential application in film reactor or membrane separator,so the interest in the preparation of ZSM-5 membranes or films has gradually grown.In this paper, the newly experimental strategies for preparing the ZSM-5 zeolite membranes or films in previous years have been reviewed. Meanwhile, hydrothermal synthesis and seeded growth were mainly discussed in the process of the ZSM-5 me mbranes or films.Finally,merits and demerits of the different strategies were analyzed.
