摘要 目前煤层气开发主要是通过水力压裂[1]制造一条高渗通道,然后排水降压,当地层压力降低到煤层气解析压力以下的时候,气体从煤岩中解析出来通过裂缝流入井筒而被开采出来[2]。煤层气能否高效的采出来,关键是看裂缝造得好不好,可见水力压裂对于煤层气开采起着非常重要的作用。其中较关键的技术就是降滤失[3],只要解决好这个问题,就能造出满意的裂缝。本文主要针对煤层气压裂过程中压裂液滤失问题提出了一些工艺技术方面的改进,经过HC区块煤层气压裂现场试验研究表明此方法对于微裂缝较发育的煤层来说具有非常好的实用效果。 The coal-bed methane is mainly developed by hydraulic fracturing.The high permeable channel produces byhydraulic fracturing,then pressure is become lower when flow back.When the formation pressure is reduced under the desorption pressure, the gas desorbs from the coal and can be developed from the fracture to the wellbore.Whether the gas can be developed efficiently,the key is the process of the fracturing.So that hydraulic fracturingplays a very important role in the development of the coal bed methane. The key technology is to reduce fluid loss.If only we solve the problem, the fracture will be satisfactory.This paper gives some improvements on the process and technology aiming at the problem of fluid loss during the fracturing of coal bed methane.The fracturing field experiment on coal bed methane in Hancheng shows that the method has a practical value on the coal especially the well developed fracture.
