摘要
作为发电机核心部件,定子的绝缘故障往往会带来非常严重的电机事故。为避免由此产生的生产损失和设备维护成本,通常会对发电机定子主绝缘实施最可靠且行之有效的交流耐压试验。以一套1 000 k VA工频并联谐振试验变压器耐压装置为模型,针对铜街子水电站增容改造定子现场实施装配的绝缘考核过程,浅析了高压谐振试验变压器的技术原理、应用利弊,重点提出了扩大工频谐振试验变压器应用调谐能力的方法。介绍了工频谐振变压器耐压装置的原理及结构特点,交流耐压试验方案及其参数计算以及试验现场的实测数据。
The insulation fault of stator that is a core part of generator that often brings a serious accident on generators. In or-der to avoid serious loss of production and reduce cost of equipment maintenance, the most reliable and effective AC voltage with-stand test is often conducted on the main insulation of generator stator. By using power frequency parallel resonant testing trans-former (1000kVA) as a case and aiming at insulating test results in a stator assembly process on site of an updating project, the technological principle, pros and cons in application of high-voltage resonance testing device were briefly analyzed, and mainly the method for increasing modulating capability of transformer was put forward. The principle and structural features of power fre-quency resonant transformer and withstand voltage devices, as well as the scheme, parameter calculation and measured data on site for AC voltage withstand test are introduced.
