摘要
针对江边水电站技术供水系统设备在汛期严重堵塞、影响机组安全稳定运行的问题,提出了循环冷却供水系统的改造方案。在改造过程中,结合电站实际情况,在仔细斟酌、就地取材的基础上,充分利用现有的设备和条件,降低工程造价,对系统实施优化。优化改造后,通过现场实测了解到,该系统运行良好,可靠性更高,且改善了机组水导轴瓦、发电机上导和下导以及发电机空冷器的温升,从而延长了设备的使用寿命,节约了检修维护费用。通过该工程案例的应用,说明循环冷却供水方案亦适合大中型地下厂房式水电站。
The technical water supply system of Jiangbian Hydropower Station was often seriously blocked in the flood season, affecting safe and stable operation of the generating unit. Thus, a transformation scheme of circulating cooling water supply sys-tem was put forward. In the transformation process, the system was optimized and the cost was reduced by making full use of cur-rent facilities and considering the actual condition of the station. The field observation show the water system runs well and is more reliable since the transformation. The temperature rise of guide bearing bush and air cooler of generating units is improved greatly, thus prolonging service life of the equipment and reducing the cost of maintenance. It is demonstrated that the water sup-ply by circulating cooling water system is suitable for large underground hydropower stations.
