摘要
铜街子水电站1号机组上导瓦为传统的巴氏合金瓦,自2010年起,铜街子水电站1号机组上导摆度开始出现增大趋势,而且瓦温长期稳定在53℃,有时甚至达到报警温度,以致严重影响到机组的安全运行。为此,展开了大量的分析研究工作和模拟试验,并以机组改造为契机,将上导瓦由巴氏合金瓦换成了聚四氟乙烯塑料瓦,使该问题得到了成功解决。更换塑料瓦后的运行效果表明,机组的故障率明显下降,机组的年利用小时数和系统调用的小时数得以提高。
The upper guide bearing bush of No. 1 generating unit of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station is made of traditional Babbitt metal. Since 2010, the bearing swing amplitude has been increasing and the temperature of bearing bush has maintained at 53℃for a long time, closing to the alarm temperature and resulting in serious influence to the safe operation of generating units. Therefore, plenty of analytical researches and simulation tests were conducted, and the problem has been successfully solved by using the PTFE plastics instead of Babbitt metal for upper guide bearing bush . The operation showed that the failure rate de-creased and the annual utilization hour and system-call hour increased.
