一种三轴输出脚部操控器的设计与实现

摘要 为了将飞行设备操控员双手解放出来完成飞行设备的其它操控功能,提高飞行设备操控舒适度、操控稳定性,设计一种三轴输出脚部控制器,包括左脚控制器、右脚控制器和控制盒三部分。控制盒包括电源转换电路和控制板电路。控制板电路设计采用AD转换芯片、高性能单片机和RS422接口芯片为硬件平台,通过AD转换芯片采集脚部控制器位移传感器量,单片机对数据进行处理分析后,实现对设备的状态控制,较好地满足飞行设备操控中的刹车控制和方位控制转移到脚上的需要。 As the aircrafe operators hands are free to perform other control function of the aircraft equip- merit,aircraft equipment control to improve comfort,handling stability,a design of three axis output foot,left foot,right foot and comprises a contol box.The control box comprises a power switching circuit and the control circuit board.The control board circuit design using AD conversion chip,a high performance MCU and RS422 interface chip as the hardware platform,through the AD conversion chip acquisition pedal dis- placement sensor measurement,single chip microcomputer for data processing and anslysis,the realiza- tion of the flight control of aircraft equipment,better satisfy the aircraft equipment control of brake control and heading control is transferred to the need of foot.
