摘要 以丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为交联单体,丙烯酸甲酯(BA)、乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了性能良好的醋丙乳液。探讨了引发剂、功能单体、乳化剂等聚合条件对乳液性能的影响,确定了聚合反应的最佳合成工艺。将制备好的粘合剂作用于处理后的织物上,通过改变焙烘温度、焙烘时间、粘合剂的用量、涂料用量和乳化糊用量,确定了较佳的织物印花工艺。织物的干湿摩擦和皂洗牢度已达到了工业级标准。 The vinyl acetate-acrylate copolymer emulsion with good performance was synthesized by using hydroxyethyl acrylate as the crosslinking monomer,methyl acrylate,vinyl acetate and z-ethyl hexyl acrylate as the main monomers,acrylic acid as the functional monomer and ammonium persulfate as the initiator.The effect of the polymerizing conditions including the initiator,funtional monomer and emulsifiers on the emulsion performance were investigated and the optimal synthesizing process was determined.Utilizing the obtained emulsion binder in the treated fabrics,the optimal pigment printing process was given through changing the baking time,baking temperature and the amounts of binder,coating and emulsifying paste.The fabric fastness for dry and wet rubbing and washing has reached the industry-grad strandard.
