NiO/α-Al_2O_3催化剂用于模拟汽油选择性加氢脱二烯反应的性能

摘要 以微波辐射法制得的大比表面积α-Al2O3为载体,负载一定量NiO制备得到Ni O/α-Al2O3催化剂,采用固定床微反实验装置评价NiO/α-Al2O3催化剂用于模拟汽油选择性加氢脱二烯反应的性能,并对载体和催化剂进行XRD和BET表征。结果表明,用微波辐射法制得的Al2O3具有α-Al2O3的物相和大比表面积,负载NiO后的NiO/α-Al2O3催化剂对模拟汽油选择性加氢脱二烯具有较好的反应性能,适宜的NiO负载质量分数为24%。通过对反应条件的考察,得出24%Ni O/α-Al2O3催化剂的适宜反应条件为反应温度80℃,常压,空速5.5 h-1,氢油体积比100∶1。 Using α-Al2 O3 carrier with large surface area prepared by microwave radiation method,NiO/α-Al2 O3 catalysts were prepared by loading a certain amount of NiO on the carrier.α-Al2 O3 Carrier and the as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD and BET. The performance of NiO/α-Al2 O3 catalysts for removing dienes of simulation of gasoline by selective hydrogenation were evaluated in a fixed bed con-tinuous micro-reactor device. The results showed that Al2 O3 prepared by microwave radiation method pos-sessed α-Al2 O3 phase and large surface area. NiO/α-Al2 O3 catalyst had better catalytic performance for removing the diolefins by gasoline selective hydrogenation. The optimal loading mass fraction of NiO was 24%,and the optimum reaction condition was attained as follows:reaction temperature 80℃,atmospheric pressure,space velocity 5. 5 h-1 and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 100:1.
