基于PDA的过闸船舶快速安检系统研究与实现

Research and Implementation of an Office System for Vessel Inspection at Ship Locks Based on PDA

针对由于缺少信息化办公系统,目前三峡过闸船舶安全检查工作中存在信息流通不畅、检查效率低的问题,将移动办公系统引入到三峡过闸安检中,运用HTTP通信技术、计算机技术和数据库技术,建立基于C/S架构的三峡过闸船舶安全检查办公系统,构建了安检现场与数据中心一体化的安检办公模式,提高了过闸船舶检查效率。该研究成果可以推广应用于全国各地的船闸安检系统中。

Due to lack of informationalized office system, the inspectors cannot get enough related information when they in-specting the vessels;and their working efficiency becomes very low.A mobile office system was introduced into the vessels in-spection at the Three Gorges Ship Lock.By adopting HTTP, computer technology and database technology, a vessels inspection mobile office system for the Three Gorges Ship Lock based on C/S mode was constructed;it combined the inspecting site and the data center into an organic whole.By this way, the vessels inspection efficiency can be promoted a lot.The research achievement can be applied in other ship locks across the country.
