摘要
针对发动机曲轴转角定位失准问题,分析了脉宽测量和边沿延时失准现象,提出了避免发动机曲轴转角定位失准的方法。首先,基于ECT模块输入捕捉功能分析脉宽测量原理,运用输入捕捉值判断法和主定时器停止法避免脉宽测量不准确现象。其次,基于ECT模块输出比较功能分析边沿延时原理,运用输出比较值判断法避免边沿延时失准现象。最后,在模拟发动机平台上对目标ECU时序驱动进行测试试验,试验结果表明,目标ECU时序驱动能够实现精确的曲轴转角定位。
The core task of crank angle event-based ECU time-sequence drive designing is to improve crank angle positio-ning precision.In response to engine crank angle positioning misalignment problem, both of pulse width measurement inaccuracy and edge-based time delay inaccuracy were analyzed, and corresponding solutions were proposed.Firstly, based on ECT mod-ule input capture function, the principle of pulse width measurement was analyzed, and input capture value judging method and main timer stopping method were applied to avoid inaccurate pulse width measurement.Secondly, based on ECT module output compare function, the principle of edge-based time delay was analyzed, output compare value judging method was also applied to avoid inaccurate edge-based time delay.Finally, based on the platform of simulation engine, corresponding test experiment was carried out on the target ECU timing-sequence drive.The results indicate that the target ECU time-sequence drive can po-sition target crank angle in high-precision.
