摘要
主要针对某车库的自动切换机构进行设计和研究。通过使用ADAMS运动学仿真和Pro/E二次投影曲线与trajpar参数,获得圆柱凸轮的三维建模。同时,建立了自动切换机构的虚拟样机,基于虚拟样机仿真对圆柱凸轮曲线进行设计研究,得到动态性能较好的往复移动从动件圆柱凸轮传动曲线。
This paper studies the design and automatic switching mechanism for a garage.A 3D mod-el of moving follower cylindrical cam is built by using ADAMS kinematics simulation and Pro/E secondary projection curve and trajpar parameters.Meanwhile,virtual prototyping of automatic switching mechanism is established.Cylindrical cam curve design and studies based on virtual prototype simulation,a cylindri-cal cam curve with better dynamic performance is obtained.
