Professor Fan Chenghu′s Experience of Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察樊成虎主任医师辨证治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:樊成虎主任医师将286例患者按中医证型分为气滞血瘀证、风寒湿痹证、肝肾亏虚证进行治疗。结果:气滞血瘀证、风寒湿痹证、肝肾亏虚证总有效率分别达93.10%、91.66%、94.15%。3证型间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:樊成虎主任医师辨证治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,体现了同病异治、治病求本的辨证思想。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of chief physician Fan Chenghu′s syndrome differentiation therapy in treating knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Methods： Altogether 286 patients were differentiated and classified as Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern, wind-cold-dampness arthralgia pattern and liver-spleen insufficiency pattern.Results： Total effective rates of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern, wind-cold-dampness arthralgia pattern and liver-spleen insufficiency pattern reached 93.10%, 91.66% and 94.15% respectively. There was no obvious difference among three patterns（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Chief physician Fan Chenghu′ s syndrome differentiation therapy could obtain better effects in the treatment for KOA, which represents his syndrome differentiation thinking of different therapies for the same disease and therapy aiming at its root causes.
