抗感合剂治疗邪郁阳明型流行性感冒60例

Anti-influenza Mixture in Treating 60 Cases of Influenza of Pathogen Accumulating YangMing Meridian Pattern

目的:观察抗感合剂治疗邪郁阳明型流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组口服利巴韦林80 mg,2次/d;治疗组口服抗感合剂100 m L/次,3次/d。2组均连续治疗3天。结果:临床痊愈率治疗组为73.33%,对照组为41.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发热、咽痛、鼻塞、咳嗽积分2组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:抗感合剂治疗邪郁阳明型流行性感冒临床疗效显著,可快速缓解临床症状。

Objective： To explore curative effects of anti-influenza mixture in treating influenza of pathogen accumulating YangMing meridian. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group took ribavirin, 80 mg, twice per day; the treatment group took anti-influenza mixture,100 m L each time, three times each day. Both groups were treated for three days consecutively. Results： Clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%, higher than 41.67% of the control group with notable difference（P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, superior to 86.67% of the control group, the difference was notable（P〈0.05）. Symptom scales of both groups were decreased obviously after treating in fever, sore throat,nasal obstruction and cough（P〈0.05）, the decrease of the treatment group was more notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Anti-influenza mixture is effective in treating influenza of pathogen accumulating YangMing meridian, and it could rapidly alleviate clinical symptoms.
