达立通联合三联杀菌疗法根除慢性胃炎幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床观察

Clinical Observation on DaLiTong Granules and Triple Therapy in the Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori Infection of the Patients Suffering from Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察达立通联合三联杀菌疗法根除慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组:治疗组60例予达立通联合三联疗法治疗,对照组60例予三联疗法治疗,观察2组治疗前后临床症状及Hp根除情况。结果:Hp根除率治疗组为84.48%,对照组为68.42%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组各个症状积分治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组胃脘疼痛、烧心反酸的症状积分治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃胀痞满、纳呆食少、嗳气的症状积分治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后烧心反酸症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其他症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:达立通联合三联疗法根除慢性胃炎患者Hp感染疗效明显,能有效改善临床症状。

Objective： To observe curative effects of DaLiTong granules and triple therapy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection of the patients with chronic gastritis（CG）. Methods： Altogether 120 patients were randomly divided into two group： the treatment group were administered with DaLiTong granules and triple therapy, the control group triple therapy, clinical symptoms and Hp eradication of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results： Hp eradication rate of the treatment group was 84.48%, higher than 68.42% of the control group,the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. It also showed statistical meaning in symptom scales between before and after treating in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. It demonstrated statistical meaning in symptom scales such as stomachache, heartburn and sour regurgitation between before and after treating in the control group（P〈0.05）.The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of symptom scales including gastric distension and fullness, anorexia and poor appetite, belching between before and after treating（P〉0.05）. The difference had no no statistical meaning in the comparison of syptom scales such as heartburn and sour regurgitation between both groups after treating（P〉0.05）; the difference demonstrated statistical meaning in the comparison of other symptom scales（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DaLiTong granules and triple therapy are effective in eradicating Hp infection of CG patients,and the therapy could effectively improve clinical symptoms of the patients.
