摘要
斑马鱼基因与人类高度相似,其模式生物正广泛应用到人体生理和病理的多项研究以及新型药物的筛选中,就目前斑马鱼模型及其在血管生成抑制剂筛选中的应用状况进行阐述。
Since there are high genetic similarities between zebra fish and human, the model organisms of zebra fish are widely used to many studies about human physiology and pathology as well as the screening of new drugs, the paper is discussing the model of zebra fish and its application to the screening of angiogenesis inhibitor.
