摘要
制造执行系统(MES)是实现信息化和工业化融合,支撑企业各信息子系统有效集成,实现高质量、低成本、低物耗和低能耗生产的重要手段。针对西部矿业10万t氧压浸出锌冶炼工艺,分析了锌冶炼企业的生产管理需求,规划并开发了氧压浸出锌冶炼MES系统。该系统包含生产管理、能源管理、设备管理三个子系统,能够实现物料流、能源流和信息流的紧密集成。分别阐述了各子系统的具体实现的功能,并描述了实施的系统架构。锌冶炼MES的成功实施加强了企业生产管理,取得了良好的预期效果。
Manufacturing execution system(MES) is an important means for merging information technology and industrialization, to support effective integration of various information subsystems in enterprise, and to realize production of high quality, low cost, low energy and material consumption. In accordance with the technological process of 100 000 tons oxygen pressure leached zinc smelting in Western Mining, the demands for production management in zinc smelting enterprises are analyzed; and the MES for oxygen pressure leached zinc smelting is planned and developed. The system consists of three subsystems for implementing tight integration of material flow, energy flow and information flow. Specific functions of each subsystem are elaborated respectively, and the system architecture is described. Successful implementation of MES for zinc smelting strengthens the management capability of enterprises and achieves good expected results.
