摘要
某油库为新建原油储备罐进行消防系统建设,致使新旧消防控制系统中不同厂家、型号的PLC系统存在结合、运行和控制方面的问题。据此,提出了几个解决方案并分析了各方案的优缺点,最终根据经济、安全、可靠等因素选择了合适的方案。该方案投入使用后,系统运行正常稳定,监控画面完整、数据准确,下位机独立运行稳定可靠,消防联动实时有效。
New crude oil storage tank is constructed in certain oil depot, thus the fire fighting system is built accordingly. This brings some problems in operation and control because the new system and existing old system are using different types of PLC from different manufacturers. In accordance with this condition, several strategies are proposed; the advantages and disadvantages of these solutions are analyzed respectively. The most suitable solution is selected based on economic, safety and reliability factors and put into operation. Now the system is running properly and stably, the monitoring displays are comprehensive, data are accurate;slave computer is running independently, stably and reliably, the fire fighting interlocking is effective in real time.
