地铁隧道内钻孔设备的结构设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对传统隧道内刚性悬挂接触网汇流排安装施工中钻孔作业施工效率低、施工环境差以及现有钻孔设备自动化程度低的特点,设计了一种新型的隧道内钻孔装置。基于钻孔设备的工况要求,采用液压传动系统控制钻孔平台的运动,使得设备功率密度大和调速方便。定位装置的设计主要包括定位方案的设计、升降机构的设计、旋转机构的设计、调平机构的设计以及XY向运动平台的设计。通过CAD软件建立了其三维模型,并通过ANSYS Workbench软件对其结构作了优化。采用基于CCD智能相机的光学定位和人工控制定位相辅相成的定位方案,使该钻孔设备具有较高的自动化程度和可靠性。最终开发出了具有较强实用性的隧道内钻孔设备。 In response to such problems as low efficiency,poor construction environment,and low degree of automation of currently existing drilling- car existing in traditional drilling operations of the installation of tunnel rigid suspension catenary Bus,a new drilling operation equipment is designed. Based on the requirements of working conditions of drilling equipment,hydraulic system is used to control the motions of drilling platform,so the equipment has high power density and convenient speed control program. The design of the positioning device mainly includes: positioning scheme,lifting mechanism,rotation mechanism,leveling mechanism,and XY motion platform. The three- dimensional model of the drilling device is built by CAD software,and its structure is optimized through ANSYS Workbench analysis. And with the use of the optical positioning scheme based on CCD smart camera and manual control positioning scheme,the drilling equipment owns a high degree of automation and reliability. Finally,a tunnel drilling equipment with high practicality is developed.
