摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件对空分冷箱工艺进行模拟,并对模型状态方程中关键组分的二元交互作用参数进行修改,模拟结果与设计值十分吻合。模拟结果表明:各组分含量、温度和流量的误差均在1%之内。由此可知,优化的模型可以较好地应用于空分冷箱工艺流程模拟。
Simulates the cold box process of air separation unit model by Aspen Plus software, and modifies the binary interaction parameters of key components in the simulated equation of state. The simulation results perfectly coincide with the design values. The simulation results indicate that the errors between component contents, temperatures and flows are within one percent. It can be seen that the optimized model can be well applied in the simulation for cold box of air separation unit.
