探讨中小型涉外化工企业如何加强汇率风险管理

Discussion on How to Strengthen the Exchange Rate Risk Management in Foreign-related Small and Medium-sized Chemical Enterprises

人民币汇率制度改革后,汇率弹性已逐步显现。汇率的不确定性对涉外企业的长期经营战略产生了影响,由此带来的潜在系统风险不容低估。分析了涉外中小型化工产品出口企业在规避汇率风险的过程中可能出现的问题及其成因。指出在现有条件下,涉外中小型化工企业应加强汇率风险管理机制的建设与实施,提高自我防范能力,加强经营管理,以合理规避外汇风险。

Following the reform of RMB exchange rate regime, the flexibility of exchange rate gradually appears. Such uncertainty in exchange rate has impacted the long-term management strategy of foreign-related enterprises, from which the potential systemic risk should not be underestimated. Analyzes the common problems and causes of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises with exportable products during the process of avoiding exchange rate risk, points out that under present conditions, foreign-related small and medium-sized chemical enterprises should strengthen the construction and implementation of exchange rate risk management mechanism, improve the self-protection ability and management skills, with a view to reasonably avoid the foreign exchange risk.
