摘要
以水杨醛和活泼亚甲基化合物氰乙酸乙酯或丙二氰为原料,无机碱作催化剂,在水中室温搅拌,高产率的得到产物Ⅲ.探讨了不同的催化剂、催化剂用量以及反应时间对该反应产率的影响,最终选择0.1当量的Na2CO3作为最佳的催化剂,水为溶剂,反应2min,以92.7%的产率得到产物,该反应具有反应时间短,操作简单,产率高及环境友好等优点.同时研究了高频振荡条件下的该反应,选择NaOH作为催化剂,反应20min,以中等收率得到了产物Ⅲ和Ⅴ.
Using salicylaldehyde and active methylene compounds containing ethyl cyanoacetate or malononitrile as raw materials, the product Ⅲ was obtained in good yield with inorganic base as the catalyst in water at room temperature. The reaction conditions were investigated with different catalysts and their amounts used as well as the reaction time. The yield of product Ⅲ reaches 92.7% under the optimal reaction condition.0.1 equiv NazCO3 as the best catalyst, H20 as the solvent and the reaction time is 2 rain. This method has notable advantages in terms of short reaction time, simple operation, high yield and neat conditions. The reaction is also achieved under high-speed vibration milling(HSVM). The product Ⅲ and Ⅴ was obtained in midle yield under HSVM for 20 rain with NaOH as catalyst.
