摘要
利用Vericut软件进行五轴机床铣削加工过程的仿真并进行实际加工验证。通过建立虚拟机床模型、控制系统配置、刀具库设置构建了虚拟制造系统,对零件进行虚拟加工仿真。通过Vericut的仿真不但能防止程序错误造成的机床碰撞、零件的过切欠切问题,还可以进行NC程序轨迹优化,大大缩短加工时间、提高加工效率。
This paper describes the useing of 5- axis milling machine simulation and the actual machining process validation. By creating a virtual machine model,control system configuration. The magazine set to build a virtual manufacturing system for machining tools. By Vericut simulation tools can not only prevent collisions caused by procedural errors,cut off part due to cut problem,but also the NC program can also be used to optimize trajectory. It greatly reduces processing time and improve processing efficiency.
