摘要
通过对刀片断屑槽断屑原理的分析研究,对硬质合金可转位刀片的断屑槽进行改进设计,并针对U71Mn、U75V材料进行钻削试验,给出槽型改进前后刀片使用寿命和断屑效果的试验对比数据。改进断屑槽后,使刀片T310D断屑效果更好,刀片使用寿命更高。
Through analysis of chip- breaking groove breaker principle of blade,an improved design of carbide indexable inserts chip- breaking groove was conduct in the experiments,and the drilling for U71 Mn and U75 V was also been tested too. The blade life and the comparison of chip breaking experimental data were exhibited after the chip- breaking groove improved. The results show that the improved T310 D blade breaker has a higher blade life.
