摘要
结合多年生产经验,归纳了引起典型薄壁回转体零件变形的诸多原因,建立了车削加工时零件的受力模型,并对生产中改良装夹方式的两种加工方法进行了深入的数学分析,给出相应的工装设备方案,为实际生产提供了借鉴。
Combined with years of production experience,sum up the cause of typical deformation of axially symmetrical parts,when turning parts of mechanical model is established,and the improvement of the clamping way in production of two kinds of processing methods of mathematical analysis,given the corresponding tooling equipment,provide a theoretical basis for practical production and solutions.
