摘要
目的:讨论多排螺旋CT在结肠癌中的诊断及其应用价值。方法:选取自2011年1月-2014年5月收治我院的100例经过活检证实为结肠癌患者,使用飞利浦制造的philips16排螺旋CT进行扫描检测。结果:通过多排螺旋CT的扫描可以清晰的辨别出结肠癌的部位、大小和形态,有效的确诊出结肠癌疾病。结论:结肠癌的多排螺旋CT扫描具有一定的临床特异性表现,是确诊此类疾病的很好的辅助检查手段,为结肠癌的早期发现节约了宝贵的时间,为疾病的确诊提供了可靠的依据。
Objective： To discuss the muhiple row helical CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer and its application value. Methods： Selected from January 2011 to May 2014 treated our hospital 100 cases after biopsy confirmed for colon cancer patients, using philips make philips 16 row helical CT scan. Results： Through multiple row helical CT scan can clearly identify the position, size and morphology of colon cancer, diagnosed with colon cancer disease effectively. Conclusion： Colon cancer more row helical CT scan has a certain clinical specificity, is a good auxiliary examinations, diagnosis of these diseases, for colon cancer early detection saves valuable time for provides a reliable basis for diagnosis of the disease.
