80例老年心肌梗死患者的心电图分析

Analysis of ECGs of 80 Elderly Patients with Myocardial Infarction

目的:对老年心肌梗死患者的心电图进行分析,旨在为老年患者心肌梗死的早期诊断提供依据。方法:所有患者均接受常规18导联静息心电图检查,仔细观察患者的各种心律失常与心肌缺血、坏死有关的心电图改变。结果:心肌梗死的分型以不典型性心肌梗死最为常见,心肌梗死患者常存在心律失常,其中室性早搏最为常见,ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者比较常见,心肌梗死的主要发病部位为下壁。结论:心电图在老年心肌梗死的诊断中具有一定的价值,值得推广。

Objective ：ECGs of the elderly patients with myocardial infarction were analyzed to provide the basis for the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction in the elderly patients .Methods ：All patients were routinely examined by 18-lead resting ECG ;with the changes in the ECG of the patients＆#39;arrhythmia associated with myocardial ischemia and necrosis closely observed .Results ：the most common type of myocardial infarction was the atypical one .Arrhythmia was commonly present in the patients with myocardial infarction ,with the premature ventricular contractions most common one .ST segment elevation myocardial infarction often occurred in the patients .The main onset site of myocardial infarc_tion was the inferior wall .Conclusion：ECG is somewhat valuable in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction ,which is worth promoting .
