摘要 目的:探讨抗α-胞衬蛋白在原发性干燥综合征患者病情评估中的作用。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测原发性干燥综合征(p SS)176例并分析患者临床资料。结果:56例抗α-胞衬蛋白阳性,120例阴性。抗α-胞衬蛋白阳性组炎症指标(ESR、CRP、Ig S)与阴性组比较差异无统计学意义。两组患者ESSDAI积分(欧洲风湿病联盟干燥综合征疾病活动度指数)比较差异无统计学意义。结论:抗α-胞衬蛋白在原发性干燥综合征患者疾病活动度及严重程度方面无明显提示作用。 Objective ：To explore the significance of anti -α -Fodrin antibody in the assessment of Sjogren’s syn_drome .Methods ：Serum anti-α-Fodrin antibody of 176 patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome were detected by en_zyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） .Results ：The presence of anti-α-Fodrin antibody had no significant corre_lation with clinical manifestation ,ophthalmic signs and ESSDAI .Conclusion：The presence of anti -α -Fodrin antibody had no significant correlation with disease activity .
