《程敬通医案》中四季分类脉象

Brief Analysis of Pulses Classified according to the Four Seasons in Cheng Jingtong Medical Cases

程敬通一生留下57个代表医案,并且按一年内阴历季节先后顺序排列,经雷少逸、程曦、江倬等人详加注解而成。中国传统阴历四季分类为：春季1~3月、夏季4~6月、秋季7~9月、冬季10~12月。上医多儒医,程即儒医代表,其医案即按传统四季分类。笔者细读《程敬通医案》发现,原书57案中,提及脉象的有20案,其中春季7案、夏季5案、秋季1案、冬季7案。故在此文中将医案脉象分离出来,加以分析,希冀共享。
