某超贫磁铁矿选矿工艺流程优化 被引量:4

摘要 针对广西某超贫磁铁矿的矿石性质和特点,为降低选矿成本,进行了流程优化研究,并取得不错的效果。在原流程的基础上,采用预先湿式粗粒抛尾,不仅能预先抛出66.12%的尾矿,同时优化后的流程使铁精矿品位提高了1.02%,产率提高了0.07%,回收率提高了1.1%。由于该试验研究具有一定的实用性,对我国超贫磁铁矿的研究具有较好的借鉴与参考价值。 In order to reduce the mineral separation costs,the flow optimization research is done according to the ore properties and features of Guangxi one ultra-low grade magnetite,the research gets the good results. The previous wet coarse discarding tailings is adopted based on the original flow,which is not only can throw out 66. 12% tailings in advance,but also the iron concentrate grade is improved to 1. 02%,the yield is improved to 0. 07%,the recovery rate is improved to 1. 1% after the flow optimization. Because this test has a certain practicability,it has the better reference value for the research of domestic ultra-low grade magnetite.
