高位抽放及顶板预裂爆破技术的优化研究及应用

摘要 夏阔坦煤矿属于坚硬顶板、高瓦斯等自然灾害较多的矿井。由于坚硬顶板容易形成大面积悬顶,给瓦斯积聚提供了很大的空间,而当悬顶达到一定极限面积发生垮落时,大量积聚的瓦斯受挤压后瞬间释放,同时伴生岩石撞击、摩擦等引起的火花,极易引起瓦斯事故。1007综放工作面在回采过程中就面临顶板、火与瓦斯交织存在的难题,在同步使用了顺层钻孔抽放、上隅角埋管抽放、两进一回的偏Y型通风方式等多种综合防治措施后,仍然不能完全有效解决采空区内积聚的大量高浓度瓦斯,最后通过使用高位抽放、顶板强制预裂爆破技术,并不断对其进行优化,顺利实现了矿井在坚硬顶板、高瓦斯、厚煤层的条件下的安全开采。 Xia Kuotan coal mine is of multiple natural disasters such as hard roof and high gas. Hard roof can easily cause large area of overhung roof, which would provide provides space for gas accumulation, when the roof overhung area reaches a certain limit and collapse occurs, a large accumulation of gas is instantaneously released after being squeezed, along with sparks that come out during associated rock impact and friction, gas accident can be easily caused. In the recovery process 1007 fully mechanized top coal caving face is facing the problems of existing roof, fire and gas. After simultaneous use of comprehensive prevention and control measures such as roadway drilling drainage, upper corner pipe drainage, and two in one return Y-Ventilation methods, high concentration of gas accumulation at the goaf can not be completely solved. Finally through the use of high drainage and roof reinforced pre-splitting blasting technology, and continuously optimization, safe min- ing under hard roof, high gas and thick seam conditions is smoothly realized.
