摘要
瓦斯抽采是防治煤与瓦斯突出保障煤矿安全生产的重要措施,抽采钻孔质量的高低将直接影响到瓦斯抽采的效果。然而,在钻孔的施工过程中由于受到多种因素的影响,造成钻孔的设计位置与实际位置不符,严重影响了瓦斯抽采的效果。因此,对瓦斯抽采钻孔偏斜的研究显得尤为重要,本文分析了以往钻孔施工过程中存在的问题和误差来源,总结出影响钻孔偏斜的几个主要因素及预防措施,并且给出了钻孔轨迹的计算方法。结合实例,确定钻孔的轨偏斜迹,并找出其偏斜的规律,从而指导瓦斯抽采钻孔的施工,保证钻孔的合格率。
Gas extraction is an important measure to prevent coal and gas outburst and guarantee mine production safety, drainage borehole quality will directly affect the gas drainage effect .However, during the construction of the borehole ,It will effected by many factors, resulting in inconsistent with the design and the actual position of the drilling location, seriously affecting the gas drainage effect .Therefore, the study of gas drainage hole deviation is very important, this article analyzes the problems and error sources existing in conventional drilling process , summarizes several main factors affecting borehole deviation and preventive measures, and gives the calculating method of borehole trajectory. Combined with the example, determine drilling track deflection trace and the law of the deflection, so as to guide the gas drainage borehole construction, to ensure the qualified rate of drilling.
