我国炼焦煤进口探析

Analysis on import of coking coal in China

为弥补炼焦煤资源相对短缺,满足钢铁、冶金、化工、有色金属、机械制造等行业持续快速发展,近十年我国加大炼焦煤进口。我国煤炭资源丰富,然而炼焦煤资源所占的比例并不高,并且优质资源稀缺,因此,进口炼焦煤作为对国内煤炭市场的良好补充,对我国的煤炭资源保障和能源安全意义重大。本文对我国炼焦煤供需和进口现状进行分析和总结,预计未来5年我国炼焦煤进口量增长主要来自蒙古、澳大利亚和俄罗斯等国,并提出了合理进口国外炼焦煤的对策和建议。

To compensate for the relative shortage of coal for coking resource and meet the sustained and rapid development of steel, metal- lnrgy, chemicals, nonferrous metals, machinery manufacturing and other industries, China has increased imports of coking coal in recent years. China is rich in coal resources, however, the proportion of coal for coking resource is not high, and the high quality resources are scarce. Therefore, import of coking coal is a good complement to the domestic coal market, and it has great siginificance to China＇s coal resources pro- tection and energy security. This paper analyzes and summarizes the supply and demand situation and importation of coal for coking, predicts that China＇s coal for coaling imports growth came mainly from Mongolia, Australia, and Russia in the next five years, and puts forward a reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to import coking coal.
