摘要
为了使玩具金属丝的测试符合国家标准要求,研发了一种玩具自适应金属丝挠曲试验机。从玩具金属丝检测的重要性出发,在研究各种标准中的测试方法的基础上,提出了能满足标准要求的玩具金属丝测试方法,重点叙述了试验机的总体结构及关键零部件的设计,对电控系统进行了叙述。实验证明:该系统具有较高的可靠性与测试精度,具有较高的推广价值。
In order to make the toy wire test meet the national standard requirements, a toy wire adaptive testing machine is de-signed. This paper proceeds from the importance of detecting toy metal wire, to put forward the methods which meet the require-ments of the toy wire standard test,on the basis of the study of the various standards.It also mainly describes the design of overal structure and key parts and discusses the electronic control system. The experiment proves the system to be of high the reliability and accuracy and high value of popularization.
